System Testing

System Load Testing

A load test can help provide reassurance that the equipment is up to specifications and is functioning properly.

  • 100% rated output load (resistive) performed for any specific burn-in period.
  • Step loads.
  • Battery discharge at 100% rated output load.
  • Full battery recharge.

Power Quality Analysis

We can determine the variation in voltage and amperage output of your system. We provide THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) measurements to help determine if your equipment is within specifications.

Infrared Inspection Services

Regularly scheduled infrared inspections of UPS and DC Power equipment, switchgear, circuit breakers and other electrical components can locate irregular heat signatures and help avoid a major catastrophe and prevent unscheduled downtime. We can put a regular infrared inspection program in any maintenance plan, or do a single inspection.

Battery Replacement

Battery replacement is inevitable. A single dead battery can disrupt the performance of a power system. Regular servicing ensures care that extends a battery's life and that dying batteries are monitored and removed before they become a hazard to the operation of your system. We provide complete battery maintenance and replacement and also offer redundant solutions for added protection or increased battery backup time.

Field Service Reports

A copy of the Field Service Reports is delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Archival records of all service is kept and can be provided upon request.
